Co-Investments

PANDAI Capital is open for any kind of co-investments together with limited partners (LPs) alongside, but not through, the existing PANDAI Capital structure. Investing through a separately structured co-investment vehicle which is governed by a separate set of agreements can provide benefits and value to both, LPs and PANDAI Capital.

Co-investing offers particularly sophisticated institutional and high net-worth investors the opportunity to benefit from unique investment opportunities and attain enhanced diversification and a larger share of desirable investment, among others.

The interest in Co-Investment has skyrocketed in recent years. An analysis of PitchBook data by law firm Troutman Pepper shows that fundraising for co-investment-focused funds has more than quadrupled over the last decade.

PANDAI Capital will constantly invite their core investors to participate on specific, hand-picked deals, that have unique characteristics and allowing investors to have visibility on what they will be investing in, and the discretion to accept or decline as they require.
